Olivia is a sixth-year PhD candidate in the Department of Education. Her research broadly focuses on understanding how American schools can become anti-racist and anti-oppressive institutions. She has taught undergraduate courses at WUSTL, including Investigating the School-to-Prison Pipeline through American Culture Studies. Prior to entering the PhD program, Olivia received her Master in Social Work from the Brown School in 2013.
