Charlotte Fressilli is a PhD student in English and American Literature as well as a Lynne Cooper Harvey Fellow in American Cultural Studies. Her interests include 20th/21st-century American literature and race and ethnicity studies, as well as American literary engagement with fascism during the interwar period. She has held teaching positions in a wide range of settings, including in public and private high schools, middle school programs in the US and abroad, and in the College Writing Program at Washington University.

After defending her dissertation in the summer of 2024, Charlotte will be returning to The Writing Center as a senior tutor.
