What brought you to The Writing Center?
A good friend of mine (now graduated) recommended The Writing Center to me. After freshman year, I found a joy in writing and loved helping my friends with their papers, so I thought to apply.
What do you like about working with writers in The Writing Center?
Each writer is really quite imaginative and it is really rewarding to assist with someone’s realizing their potential as a writer or working out tricky aspects of their piece.
What challenges you most about writing?
With learning difficulties, I struggle to envision and conceptualize my essays.
What advice do you have for writers?
Pursue writing for topics you’re especially enthralled with, and try not to let any academic differences keep you from exploring writing.
